"I ordered one of the grabber chews from the learning store. Unfortunately it ended up that it was out of stock after placing my order. The lovely John contacted me to explained and to let me know he had sent out a replacement which ended up costing more but siad the store would cover the cost. He couldn't have been nicer and was all apologies about the item being out of stock . A lovely man to deal with and I really appreciate that they sent me a replacement rather than refunding me. Would highly recommend this store."
