"Recently a few weeks ago I called into AXA On the mall In cork.I had a bad experience with one of the woman ,i didn't get her name but she had long dark hair,I explained about my brother who had received letters from AXA who is in a nursing home and was upset about them, so I decided to call into them after not being successful by phone, I only wanted to know what it was about ,I wasn't well myself the same day which I explained ,she insisted I join the line of ten people which of course I would ,only I wanted to ask a question re: the letters not any insurance,so I asked her if she or someone would ring me if I left my phone number as I couldn't get through to them AXA when she explained because of security reasons. But no sympathy for me or brother. I called in again the following week and dealt with a lovely man called William he was so helpful and in a kind understanding way he sorted it which made me and my brother happy.I was not happy to be treated in an appalling way by that woman under the circumstances."
