"The worst mechanic ever had my car serviced in August and this is my 6th time being back. The ad blue warning came on in my car and I had 1000km till the engine would stop had to wait a week wa told it was was the oil monitor then it was a crack in the ad blue nozzle it was leaking. I was told get the part come back but keep the ad blue topped up. I got the part by now I had 50km left so I rang and asked again will the not start once the 50km is reached. I was told as long as there's enough ad blue it will keep going. I was at the main dealer collecting the part and now had reached the 50km. I went in to pay and came back to the car and it wouldn't start. I had paid 160 for the part plus another 100 to reset the car and get it going again. The guy asked who told me the car will keep going. I told them who and they looked at me shaking their heads. Just collected my car from cost plus Tyres and I have been charged another 97. Is it because I'm a woman that it makes it ok for people to take advantage. I'm a single mother with 2 kids I work 6 days a week so I can support my kids. This to me is an extremely low way to treat anyone. Never ever will I come back here nor will I recommend this place to anyone. I should not have been charged for this repair seeing as I made them aware of the km left on the car and the extra expenses incurred due to negligence on their part."
