Dropped the car back to have a leak (they caused) repaired. No work done. They’re useless and rude. STAY AWAY"

"Sounds like a joke - but it took them over a year to get the 'new' turbo they installed working OK. Then that turbo only lasted me 6 months. I couldn't face bringing it back to them so I just got another mechanic to sort it. STAY AWAY! Update - My new mechanic confirmed that everything they said they did was a lie, turbo was not new, they actually broke the original manifold and they told me they installed a new one. These guys are absolute SCAMMERS"

"Do not leave your car here! Supposedly an expert in Turbos and Mazda. Replaced a turbo in my car and in less than 8 months it died and nearly destroyed everythnig around it. Was meant to be a Remanufactured turbo, most likely it was from a car sent to the scrap. Internal components had rust and started breaking into the inner tubes / workings of the engine. Several valves and compression systems were stuck as well. Now I am stuck abroad waiting on a very expensive car fix, because Z Auto / Turbo Direct only made it worse!"

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Absolutely disgusted with the customer service came the whole way from mallow to be told I had to bring my old turbo to them when there was no mention of any exchange on the phone days prior. I tried to buy a reconditioned turbo and I was told to F off and received vulgar language in return after the manager abused me for asking a simple genuine question. He told me he wasn’t going to waste his time talking to me after I had wasted 2 hours of my life travelling and heading home empty handed. I was then told I could buy the turbo by itself for €140 more than discussed on the phone. Absolute conmen. Will be taking this further with the abuse I received. HORRIFIED"

"Terrible service. Turbo worked well enough, but when I went back to retrieve my deposit and drop the old turbo back they could not find my deposit. They made me visit their premises 4 times until I could meet with their manager who promised to pay it via PayPal. This did not happen. I tried calling and emailing after that, but nobody answered."
