"We reserved a section of this bar for the evening before our wedding where we hosted around 35 - 40 guests. This was the absolute perfect start to an amazing weekend - we couldn't have wished for more. The staff were so thoughtful, and catered to ours/our guests every need. Would thoroughly recommend and can't wait to go back. A special thanks to Neil who was a pleasure to deal with."
"While I would love to say my experience was great the reality was that it was excruciatingly embarrassing. After a lovely meal elsewhere my husband and I decided to go for one drink before home. We waited a long time as we watched the barman busy on his phone, only to be served a less than normal measure of white wine in a dripping wet glass without asking what type of white I would have liked. Curtesy is a great thing and I know as I work in the service industry. We walked out."
"Whenever I go to Tralee, McCaffrey's and Sean Og's are my two places to be! Delicious cocktails in McCaffrey's and an unbelievable atmosphereat Sean Og's! "Visited this bar for a drink with my husband yesterday. Staff where lovely and our hot ports where great.Only thing is we where horrified to overhear the manager shouting at a young barman behind the bar I would not even repeat what he said it was appalling the way he spoke to him.I approached the young man at the bar to ask was he OK as we had overheard the abuse he was given. He replied with oh he just gets like that when he's under pressure! I can honestly say this man should be reported for verbally abusing his employees it was shocking.I really felt for the young man who was just trying to do the best he could. Won't be returning."
