"Tuesday around 6pm we ordered party bucket, I didn't want any chicken fillets in it so I ask for no fillets - and we didn't get any but instead for 20 pieces in the bucked we got 12 chicken wings , 40 euro for chicken wings, not bad KFC. Chicken was dry and we brought all home for the dogs and cats. The worst part is that we both got some kind of food poison and sleepless night. Never again !"
"I went into kfc drive through on Monday night the 20th or march and the girl speaking in the intercom was ignoring and rude rushing us as we decided what we wanted to eat and then when we got our food we only got one drink instead of two and I believe she was the manager for the night so if someone high up in kfc reads this would greatly appreciate that if you could please sort out your staff maybe get some people with manners"
"Hygiene at a LOW! I went into this KFC today and the food was tasty. However, it being a windy day, and the bin outside overflowing, rubbish started blowing around. We witnessed a staff member pick up rubbish with no gloves then come inside, touched her hat and served two older ladies without washing her hands. Pushing down the lids of the drinks and handing them their food. Turned us off our food straight away! Disgusting. As we left we saw two workers picking up more rubbish and emptying the bins (again with no gloves) then stating to vape without washing hands also. Hygiene awareness obviously very low!"
"Quality of food has definitely gone down lately. We always have a 6 piece bargain bucket and the last couple of times we've just got 4 drumsticks and 2 thighs this costs 18 euro disgraceful value. Should be a mix of breast and legs. Won't be bothering again as rang to complain to management and the phone went dead."
