"This has been our dentist for a number of years now and I've never really had an issue, but my husband rang 3 weeks ago with a suspected absess and requested an emergency appointment as he was in a great deal of pain. They told him they would take his number and ring him, told him that they have a two week waiting list and can he manage. He said unfortunately not, they told him they would ring with hopefully a cancellation. I've had an absess before, and I had an antibiotic at home which I told him to try in the meantime to see if that helped while he waited for a call back. It did help and fast forward a number of weeks later he was back in dire pain, rang them yesterday (Thursday March 23rd) and they told him they wouldn't be able to give him an appointment and they would ring him if a cancellation came up. He said they sounded really unempathetic on the phone and were really not willing to do anything for him, an emergency is and emergency. He luckily managed to get an emergency appointment for today in Midelton, I think shame on ye for this, he is a patient of yours and he very much has an emergency with his tooth, he waited for over 3 weeks for this "call back" that never came. Just think it's highly unprofessional and really bad business on your part to do this to any person who is in severe pain, not to mention the damage an infection left untreated could do"

"Had an emergency situation with my tooth , the only available date was in 3 weeks. Thats ok...Booked an appointment, one day before got the text with confirmation, booked off for this day, and in the morning got a call that my appointment was cancelled. They said will call me back with a new appointment but 2 weeks are gone and still quite. Annoying. I know that all are busy but at least they could inform the client about the approx.dates."

"They're absolute legends! My partner is on shift work and it makes getting him in difficult. He had a tooth go bad there just before Christmas, they got him in the same day because it was an emergency. Today he had another issue and there was a cancellation so they got him in quick again. They do absolutely fantastic work! Very kind and gentle. Truly a great place!"
