"I Had my car booked in with piotr for a mini valet and when we got there there the gate was closed as was the busines. We tried phoning the number several times but there was no answer. There had been an event on in the town earlier that day and I spoke to piotr about this when I was making the booking. I made the appointment for after the event was over when I knew the roads would be open again. I'm just very disappointed as I really wanted the car valeted and I just feel it would have been common courtesy of someone from the business just called to let me know that they weren't going to open. I could have saved my time as we were waiting 45 minutes to get in the hope it would open and tried to make an alternative booking elsewhere"
