"If there was an option for zero stars I would have chosen that. I left my wedding dress in to be dry cleaned here. They asked me to sign a waiver, when questioned was the risk low of anything happening my dress they agreed it was. I was rang about a week later to tell me my dress was ready for collection, I called to the shop and the lady was handing it out to me when I spotted through the plastic that my wedding dress had pink stains under the arms (which they weren't going to bring to my attention) when I pointed it out I was fobbed off and told it was because of tan, I explained I wasn't happy and the lady told me she would get on to the dry cleaners, I left my dress with her, she rang me an hour later to tell me the same, that nothing could be done, so I asked to speak to the dry cleaner myself. I was told it was the quality of tan I used, that he wasn't the one that put the tan on my dress, that if they did it again my dress could fray away. The pink was one thing but the way I was treated was another. They were extremely rude, unhelpful and didn't care at all what had happened. I brought my dress to another dry cleaner who got the stains out for me. Bohans were unwilling to even try. Bearing in mind they advertise that they take wedding dresses on their window. Will never be returning!!"
