"We have a busy house with lots of animals and wellies, sports boots and the like tracking through on a daily basis so sofas, carpets and rugs get a tough going. Derek has always managed my expectations around how clean he’s likely to get them and them promptly exceeds them! Professionally he works to the highest standard - on time, on budget and on the ball - even when I present a massive vintage rug at the very last minute (aka just before Christmas..) and he takes it away without a bother returning it before the holidays as promised. Personally Derek is a really sound decent human - we have good chats but then it’s on to work to get the job done efficiently and with minimum disruption to me and my work. I trust him in my home 100% and look forward to him coming back in another few months to transform the sofas etc. once again"
