"Quick to come out and look at the job but zero follow up, quotation was supposed to be the following day but 2 weeks on still no response. Spoke with John on his mobile and he hung up on me!!! How rude and so unprofessional!!! Rang again and got diverted to the office. Politely explained to the girl in the office that I was waiting for the quotation promised 3 days earlier and was told I will have it on Monday. Follow up calls on Wednesday again proved a waste of time. One last follow up the following Tuesday and get more run around. Take my advice and don’t bother with AMS"
