"I don't normally write reviews, but this time its a must. Its a disaster. Use to be nice place to go to.... was always concerned about amount of working people changing there the whole time, but now even old stuff who was working there all the time even they are disapearing. Use to see couple of same happy foreign ladies there every day, But i dont see them anymore lately. I was trying to order balloons the other day, this 2 new ladies at till, dont speak a word of english, not able to answer any queries, not able to communicate at all. Its absolute joke of a costumer servise to have in such big shop on main street.That is disguisting, iam sorry. I was always getting my balloons there and most of my shopping, no way i will be back there again."

"Bought balloons for my daughters birthday in advance, went down that day I needed them, basically for 9euro I ordered 3 but thr fella said I could have 4 balloons instead I got 3, I said I'd leave it but has been bothering me that they charged me for the balloon holder and 3 balloons 9euro , won't be going here again for balloons! Other stuff here has a different price- example 17euro for a bloody sink holder! Prices should be lowered. There garden selection is not great plenty of plants are dead and not looked after. There tubs for plants have no prices. Not very organised shop especially for carragaline main St. Staff not very friendly."

"Handy shop lots of items, however I have noticed that stated shelf prices do not always match what the till says and of course makes money management more difficult in these inflationary times. And creates difficult scenes at the counter. Notwithstanding, if items have a different bar codes on them because of a mistake in booking the barcode into the system , but are (exactly) the same items and same brand, they will ask you to pay the extra on the items. This happened to me once. The may also refuse to accept debit cards if the amount is below a certain value, again making money management more difficult with cash. This shop gives good discounts, but like a lot of shops which give good discounts starting off, down the line prices can move up considerably. Lots of stuff in there and an upstairs section. Good overall shop though. Quality of items good overall. This review is my opinion and what I experienced at or around the time of writing."
