"What excellent Customer Service! Ordered a few items for my nieces Birthday yesterday which is today (27th July). I didn’t expect to have them in time but within minutes of ordering on line, I received a call asking for my preferred store to pick up from. Unfortunately I missed the call from Jack and only picked up his voicemail this morning so I rang back. I spoke to a very helpful and courteous gentleman… sorry I didn’t get a name. There are 2 Stores in Waterford - City Centre & Lisduggan, the former being very handy for those living on the outskirts of the City.
