"I already knew Amanda and Eoin from working with them on another project. So, when I started to feel unwell and not like myself, I knew firstly that I liked them, but also that I could trust them. The results were back within 10 days and Eoin explained them to me in a detailed and cohesive way, ensuring I understood what I had to do to ensure I would not become anaemic. It turned out I was dangerously low in proteins, as I was following a vegan diet that was not high enough in proteins and good fats. I went back to Amanda for a follow up, but since this easy fix, I am feeling full of energy and back to my positive self. I can honestly say just being able to outline what was wrong and have it spelled out to me, helped me to see where I was going wrong and how I could change my diet to ensure my mental and physical health were strong again.
