"Horrible place. I had to come here after being in a motorcycle crash and I wish I hadn't. Given the trauma I was in the staff didn't hold back on insults while I was in ER. When I had to do a covid test shortly after, the nurse told me to stick the bud up my rear end. No assistance when I needed the toilet. I was then being hounded by someone with mental problems and threatening to hurt me, having to sleep with one eye open. Still traumatized they told me to leave as they needed the bed. I would have received better treatment in wexford general, this place is a cesspool."

"I pay 2K tax every single month + 100 euro for every night we stay in the hospital, yet I had to wait in the ED for FIVE HOURS for my kid, who had a very high fever for 5 days, to be admitted to the Paediatric department!!! My son was dehydrated to death and the first IV fluid he received was after 6 hours!! I thought I lost my son. It's a disgrace. Nurses, Doctors and every single one in the hospital works carelessly VERY SLOWLY. Please God make it easy for me to find a job in another country soon!"

"The HSE often gets a bad rap in the media and otherwise. I had a day procedure done here and everyone involved, from admissions, radiography, ultrasound, doctor and consultant were professional, helpful and more than courteous. The workers on surgery ward 7, nurses, doctors and not forgetting the cleaning staff, were equally good and helped minimise the stress in a stressful time."

"bad service- you wait 5 hours in the best scenario when the waiting room is empty and not one at the main hospital reciption - if you ask for the night manager they will get you someone else and when you ask what's the reason for waiting no answer anad if you couldn't wait forever they will tell you, you left.. no respect either for managers nor for patients."

"The staff at this hospital are very helpful and make sure your well looked after there is always a long wait but its the norm in most hospitals, its a University hospital like Wexford hospital so its busy with student doctors and nurses everywhere. The parking is almost maxed out at present, The cafeteria is good, can be packed out at breakfast and lunch times, still there is always the shop opposite which is all good."
