"Unfortunately I have had an awful experience with Choc Services. As park of a 6k refurishment to my flat, I paid 2k for plumbing. This money was paid directly to Ben of Choc Services and I never had knowledge or dealings with a third party. The work didn't last 6 months - tiles fell off the wall, shower door not fitted to tray causing water damage to downstairs apartment - it will cost 2k to fix. The response from Choc Services? They can't stand over the work (that they were paid to do) as they out-sourced it. Completely in breach of consumer law. Stay away folks - AWFUL."
