"Friendly customer service but the actual clean was not worth the price. I asked for a deep clean for my bathroom and was not happy with the result as it looked like it just had a wipe down, paint marks still there etc. I booked the clean as I was expecting a new baby and wanted it to be free of dust from the recent renovations. The result was a general tidy rather than a clean so I wouldn't expect too much from this service. I emailed the manager to explain that I will pay in full but wasn't happy with the result and I got told that the cleaners actually spent an extra hour on the job. I don't know was i supposed to respond and say thank you for that!"
