"Very disappointed with their service. Bins wouldn't open, no food or beverages served because of covid and lost my ticket before my return journey and they made me buy a new ticket even though I had bought it online and in a world that makes sense they could have invalidated my old tickets and issued a new return journey ticket to me. Rip off!! I will be getting straight onto the complaints department for my refund. Such rubbish customer service too."

"A truly nasty company with morose, unhelpful and rude staff. The service information and ticket website are very misleading and difficult to use, and are designed to cause people to buy the wrong tickets so that the shameless ticket inspectors can squeeze every last drop of money out of honest customers with fines. This should be considered abuse, and the company should be investigated. Be very wary when travelling with Irish Rail."
"Uncomfortably tight seat spaces. Incredibly slow Internet works 3% of the time. Never have confidence in the Wi-Fi if you plan to use it to upload assignments. The hand drier in the bathrooms doesn't work. Usually always late. Does the job of being a train fine."
