"If you need to go early in the morning, don't book a car with Hackney Cabs. They're not able to get you from A to B because it's too early for them. They are doing advertising with 24/7, but if you have to go at 5:30am don't rely on them, they will not doing this trip. When I asked where my car was, I got the answer they have sent me a text message. I never received any text messages from them. If you have an appointment, you should walk, then you can be sure that you will arrive faster"
