"The taxi came early and was giving out when we’re still at appointment. He didn’t stop at stop junction that was in the housing estate. He was throwing verbal abuse at another driver on road when the other driver had right of way at the junction the taxi driver didn’t stop at. He charged us 30€ when we were told it be 27€ when we booked over phone. He was giving out when traffic was bad Overall this experience was brutal"
"Very efficient and friendly service, reliable on timings. Big shout out to Michael with the bus who knows every back road within 50miles of Cork and always gets you where you need to go Highly recommend using these guys if you're in this part of the country"
"Booked a cab in advance, told them the name of a person to be picked up ( from work ), Was not picked up on time, when asked where the taxi is? , was told "on the way" , 15 min. later rang them again, apparently the wrong person was picked up. I gave up, half an hour later, and went to collect the person myself, and this all was at 2am.. Very unreliable service.. I see I'm not the only one.. I'm sorry, but never again.."
"Ordered a taxi to collect me from work and the driver said he’d be there in 20-30 minutes, 50 minutes later I’m still sitting on the curb outside me building. Luckily a different taxi was dropping someone else off so I got a lift with him instead. When I called the drive to cancel and he rudely said he’s already at my building which was clearly untrue. I would recommend any taxi service except for this one. If the driver gave a realistic expectation about when he’d arrive that would be fine but instead lied just to try and get himself another sale. This taxi service is not reliable avoid at all cost!"
