"I know that the experience of many is positive and that is good. But, unfortunately, my experience has not been good. I have 3 months of course. In these 3 months, in A1 I had an effective teacher, in A2 they are always changing or having substitute teachers. I already had 3 substitute teachers and two regular ones at A2. On Monday, I'll meet my third regular A2 teacher (who we can't say will stay either). I needed help from the Administrative part and the School Board and I didn't get a positive response to my requests. Each one with their experiences, but I don't think I renew here."

"To be honest i never write bad reviews but this tine i have to .Just beware if you like to enroll yourself to this school,I was trying to get refund as the person who will enroll the school is not in the country ,and they said 4 weeks you will get your money back but until 2 months waiting you didn't receive it even you didnt get all your money back ,they said they have to take Eu 350 for administration fee which is ridiculous. I don't want anyone to get trapped like me."

"it is just a good place to waste money. zero good policies and administrations. They only care to comply 15 hours per week class attendance. They really don't care about anything else. Most of teachers I had class with, they never studied english in their lives (as they commented). In entry placement test they put majority in B1. As I realized there are too many B1 classes. Good for them not paying qualified teachers to teach higher levels. Someone like me who should already sit B2, I can't and they don't even answer my email requesting that. According to school policy if someone pass 3 consecutive exam with a score higher than 85 out of 100 can go a level up. I already passed most of my exams so, but nothing. Compulsorily I must sit with some people who dont want to learn and are there only to have a student visa! compulsorily I have to do all speaking activities in class with students who can not even form an entire sentences in english and they come until B1 level because in this school policy exams are self-assessed and some of student cheat to go up only for playing. For me who came to learn english seriously it is like 90% wasting mony here. Anyway it does not mean other schools can be better. Always do your comprehensive research in advance."
