"Lovely place for a stroll or a swim, lots of people were swimming and enjoying the sun when I visited. Good atmosphere, plenty of space for all with a beautiful woodland nearby"
"A great place to visit. There is a choice of a walk along the side of the lake or up the hill with a great view from the top if you are lucky and it is a clear day. It can get a bit noisy at the lake level during the weekend with people boating, best visit there mid week if you can and enjoy the peaceful walks."
