"Donald was an amazing guide adjusting to our time schedule and being extra accommodating. He was very knowledgable and very interesting! The rainbow outside was an unexpected bonus"
"Interesting visit of a working windmill. Count around 30-40min. Steep steps inside require going down backwards (like on the ladder). Ticket - 4€."
"Awesome! My family and I (Adults of varied ages, children and adolescents) arrived in a decent-sized group, without having purchased tickets in advance; everyone at the Blennerville Windmill welcomed us and took good care of us right away! We are so glad we visited; we learned a great deal about the windmill, it’s history, The Jeannie Johnston and much more, in a fun and interactive way! There was something for everyone to enjoy. Though, I think everyone enjoyed the whole experience. The is ample parking at the entrance of the welcome center. Upon entering, we found the grounds to be beautifully scenic and well cared for. The team members are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and charismatic. The movie was educational and enjoyable. We enjoyed viewing and learning about the model trains and there were information pamphlets for additional tourism highlights. Before leaving, we made sure to shop for plenty of great items/ souvenirs in the gift shop (there was an ample variety to choose, something for every budget). Thank you to everyone at The Blennerville Windmill for a great and memorable experience. Also, for doing a fabulous job of maintaining the integrity of this historic site. I you have an opportunity to visit, I would highly recommend it!"
"the tour guy was amazing making that trip a best one of our lives. Making that tour funny and very interesting. Our kids was engaged in every step of the tour in most funny and delightful way. Than when the kids don't want to get out from a museum I think that's the best way to see how good this place is. I have to say thank you to a tour guy for best memories from Ireland that me and my family gone remember for the rest of our lives."
