Although I gave short advance notice Karl did everything possible to ensure that I was able to move on my preferred week and my preferred day and only days before Christmas as well. Not only did Karl answer my many queries and advised me on the best package for my needs his reassurance and experience took the stress out of everything in advance. Theo and Brett couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating on the day of the move. They were very careful, competent and efficient and everything was delivered in perfect order including all fragile items. At the destination they put everything in each room so no extra lifting of boxes for me! I would highly recommend Karl and his team, Theo and Brett at Careline as it was the best decision I made at what can be a very stressful time. Thank you!"

At all stages of the process, from booking to arrangements for delivery, Keith provided an excellent level of service with regular communication and attention to our particular concerns regarding vehicle size and access to the property. On the day itself Brett and his team were professional, efficient and careful of our belongings and property. The vehicle assigned to the job was just right for our difficult laneway, showing Keith had listened and responded to our request.
