"I strongly would not recommend Circle K Fermoy. Special mention to manager Amanda and her lack of customer service. Paid for petrol but there was an issue with the pump, so I never received the petrol. When it was brought to the attention of the store manager- Amanda, she couldn't have been more ignorant over the situation."
"Used the facilities here today. Of all the official service stations in the network I've used the toilets here are the worst I've ever seen. The were filthy and smelly, one of the cubicles had a door missing. The toilet roll holders were literally falling off the wall. The toilet seats were barely hanging on. Will be going into Fermoy in future, instead of using this kip."

"Place is a serious rip off. A disgrace. Take advantage of having a near Monopoly on motorway service stations. Mcdonalds is also here which is great, don't bother with the deli or the coffee. Disgraceful pricing on the Deli, and everything else is more expensive than it should be, e.g crisps, drinks, snacks etc."
"Reasonably good service station, the deli is alright, the attached McDonald's is acceptable, as for the Circle K shop, service is usually good at the till, would prefer to see more frozen food and decent ingredients for the hungry folks heading home to cook something, but OK overall"
