"Omg!!I looked yesterday on google what time carrigaline store opens,so can go and get a gift in the morning.saw 1 star rating from a lady here,and thought weird I bought lots of things in homefront(but in different stores,not carrigaline)and staff were nice. So I came in today to Carrigaline store. Wow wow wow...I spent good 15 min browsing for the gifts(for 4 teachers).staff girl was sitting at the till talking on her phone.she didn't even aknowlege me in the store.Didnt look at me or said Hi.because when I entered,I said Hello to her.No reaction.I had a newborn in one hand and trying to take heavy box with present from display just next to the till.she saw I was struggling,but didn't even attempt to ask if I need help!!I have never expierenced such poor customer service.even in some other shops in the past staff were not very helpfull ,but they always at least said Hello to me!!"
"Service is shockingly poor. Went in on the way to supervalu and sales person wasn't there. Popped in on a way back but she was on the way to fig and olive and didn't look interested in selling anything. Shop left open. Help yourself kinda service. Very very sad as it could make a lot of money. Lots of lovely sfuff but definitely need new STAFF"
