"The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. I love to support local and live in Innishannon, but its been 8 months since they took my deposit yet they have not yet delivered our built-in wardrobe. Their customer service is a shambles. Repeated phone calls only end in frustration. Do yourself a favor and go to a more reliable business."

"Absolutely shocking after service. Still waiting after nine months for a sofa repair. We were proud to spend our hard earned money with an independent retailer.... Blaming 3rd party maintenance providers doesn't work. We paid our money to Burke Interiors. Unfortunately will never use or recommend to anyone again."
