"Honestly a lovely experience. I came in here today for the first time it was BUSY. I saw various staff members rushing so i stood to the corner and waited. A lovely young lady with curly short hair and glasses came up to me clearly very busy to ask if I was okay and how could she help. I have to say I'm a very finicky and indecisive person, yet she was very patient and understanding with me she bought out every shoe I asked for and more if it wasn't a correct shoe. In the end she brought out a long leather boot and said you're a classy women you deserve a shoe like this it was a perfect fit and amazing bought it. But I could visibility see that the other staff member was annoyed at her for spending time on me. But I'm greatful she did the boots make me feel so much younger Thank you phelans shoes I'll be back !"
