"Third time visiting here but only ever had to pick up two items… tried to pick up my second item weeks ago as we received an email to say it was available for collection. On arriving it could not be found and they said they would deliver it, we later got a call to say it was an error… many months later I had to drive out again to collect the item."

"It is with heavy heart that I have to relate a very poor rating for Ez Living... Having purchased a lot of items over the years and loved calling into their shops and found the staff to be so helpful, I was astounded having recently spent about 2,500 Euro on a bed that it collapsed the first night I slept in it. When I contacted customer services and told them my problem I was told that to take the matter further I would have to send an email with a photo attached of the bed, before they could entertain any complaint. After several phone calls from me they sent someone out to replace the broken support but as this was not going to rectify the problem I said that it needed a metal support ,which was on the beds supplied by Harvey Norman but we couldn't agree on a solution. I have since got a metal support and everything is perfect except that I'm very annoyed and out of pocket. By the way the mattress is so comfortable.... Pity about customer services..."

"Good shop offering great quality furniture watch out for sales and end of stock items which can be heavily marked down in prices they also have a reasonable delivery charge or if you rather you can pick up your items directly from the warehouse which is located only a short distance away from the retail shop the shop also takes deposits"
