"I bought a chest of drawers and 2 night stands, I had to get someone to build the furniture and there seems to be a gap at the bottom of the drawer and the top doesn’t slot in right on both the chest of drawers and night stand. As the furniture comes with holes and is ready to be assembled there was no way to fix the problem. Also it took over a month and half for my furniture to arrive and when it did eventually arrive the chest of drawers box was completely ruined and opened. And I do live in Ireland."

"Very mixed reviews I am afraid. My experience was rather disappointing with this place although I am quite happy with the items I purchased . I spent around €1200 with 4 purchases. This business lack professionalism, offers poor customer service, is messy, disorganized, untrustworthy. They didn't honor a 10% discount on an armchair that had to be ordered, 12 weeks after, I was told that the color picked wasn't part of the initially agreed discount. On a previous order, delivered the wrong stool frame and then suggested me to travel 20km to pick up the correct item. Terrible customer service, I am done with the "shopping local" approach, and definitely will never go near to this place again."
