"Went browsing for new furniture and fell in love with the Cloud modular couch. After chatting with Liz - who was very helpful and interested in our design and colour ideas - she informed us of the free design service (when you spent over a certain amount) which we'll definitely be availing of as there's such beautiful pieces in EZ Living. We put down a deposit on the Cloud at the weekend and dealt with Brian on the day who was also helpful. Very much looking forward to another visit and having Liz help us with furniture choices and getting our dream couch for our new home."

"We had initially walked into the store for purchasing two chairs for our dining table and ended up with a beds, wardrobes, lockers, dining tables and more. Credit must be given to the staff and especially Liz Drummond who took care of us. She was attentive to our needs, understood what we were looking for and guided us to the several options the store has. Furnishing a new home is always a daunting experience especially with all the choices we are presented with. Liz not only provided advice, but also did a house visit to assess what we had, our needs and then went back to the store where she went through the options that would suit our spaces. There is a vast selection, the staff are attentive to your needs and provide great advice on what is best suited to your spaces. I would highly recommend the EZ Living Mahon store for those who are looking to furnish or renovate their homes."

"I bought the mattress from them two months ago and it collapsed on one side. They sent technician and they said it wasn’t manufacturing fault and they closed my case. I requested report but they refused to release it. I am very disappointed with service/product they provide. Not recommending to anyone…"

"A year ago, on November 2021, we purchased a Charlotte Ottoman 5' and a Walkworth 4'6" Ottoman and a mattress with delivery and assembly charges. The Walkworth 4'6" bedframe was in our spare bedroom for visitors and was not in daily use. On 05/11/2022, during cleaning, my wife and I saw that this Walkworth Ottoman bedframe was covered with mould from the inside! It also damaged our mattress on top of it from the inside. There was nothing visible from the top side of the mattress, so we have never seen this issue before. We don't have a mould issue with our newly renovated house. Luckily, there was nothing under storage for this ottoman bed. We immediately contacted EZ Living Customer Care, and they sent their inspector for the inspection on 09/11/2022. The inspector checked the bedframe, the mattress, and the whole room against any mould. He even checked behind-hung pictures against mould. He couldn't find any issues and told me it was probably because of the wood used in the bed frame. We requested a product replacement and reimbursement for our ruined mattress. He was kind and friendly and told us that it would be taken care of shortly. Today -11/11/2022- we received a mail from EZ Living. They stated that the supplier is not accepting this fault, and this issue was possibly caused because of our two-year-old mattress! Precisely, this was their solution: " As a goodwill gesture, as we value our customers, we will, on this occasion, offer a new base for the bedframe free of charge. However, we cannot be liable for mould growth, and it is evident that this is due to moisture in the mattress used on the bedframe." We don't want any goodwill gesture or a part replacement. All we need is good customer care and whole unit replacement. Also, we still request reimbursement for our ruined mattress. We spent thousands of euros just for this order, and even more, if we added the sofas and accessories, we bought previously. EDIT Answer to Adrian from EZ Living. I contacted EZ Living today (18.11.2022) as nobody called me even though I requested. The information I provided above was what your inspector told me. I didn't come up with a conclusion myself. Also, I didn't mention anything about any perfect bed frame or mattress from any company. I am also in touch with the mattress provider. I want a fast resolution here, and I agreed with a bed base replacement just because of that. I want to inform you that I am keeping all my legal rights reserved."
