We have recently undergone an extensive renovation and expansion, bringing our gym facilities up to par with modern standards. Our pool hall boasts two swimming pools and a village-type changing area on the lower ground floor. For sports enthusiasts, our sports hall measures an impressive 32 meters by 26 meters, complete with a basketball court suitable for international basketball games. The Fitness Centre offers a variety of options, including a free weights room, dance/aerobic studio, resistance area, and a CV area.

In addition to these facilities, we also have racquetball and handball court areas, allowing you to engage in these exciting sports. For those who prefer outdoor activities, our complex features four floodlit Astro turf pitches measuring 25m x 35m. Moreover, our expansive grounds encompass over 12 acres, which includes a full-size GAA pitch surrounded by a jogging track, providing a picturesque setting for your workouts.

We understand that each individual has unique fitness goals and preferences, which is why we offer different membership options. Whether you prefer a monthly plan or an annual membership, we have a range of options to suit your needs. We are pleased to announce that we now offer Direct Debit for Annual Memberships, providing you with added convenience.
