Complained that shoes for my 4yo were defective, and not happy...only for the comment to be made that I should be thankful my son was not disabled to be able to wreck a pair of shoes! Brought back shoes, which were not cheap and less than 1 month old.. but could not come to any agreement, just our fault ! trying to support local, but only when local is also fair. Would not at all recommend. EDIT-with regards exceptional CS, I had contacted owner personally and informed that I would be calling to store, FAILED ro mention the situation to staff, who knew nothing of situation when I called in, although I had informed of approx time and date, this in itself is disregard for custom and shows lack of concern. Whether or not supported my family's business over the years is no concern here - this review is based solely on my experience with store and interactions with owner and staff in 2021, which was terrible and by no means customer centered. UPDATE: contacted manufactuer directly and they were extremely courteous and helpful. Offered full refund for defective shoes within 24 hours even though not purchased directly from them. Great CS from manufacturer....just a pity it isn't a local, Irish company / manufacturer that could be supported."
