"Overall, the hotel gives good value for money. I received a big, clean and quiet room with a bath. It had kettle, slippers and robe. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The restaurant and bar were both good. However, they are not always available, as sometimes they hold weddings or other celebrations there. I used the complimentary sauna, which was great. Unfortunately, I couldn't book a beauty treatment, as they were fully booked months before."
"Have stayed in the Castletroy many times and never disappointed. Christmas decorations were amazing. The staff were so helpful. The rooms comfortable and the bar area very inviting. Breakfast was so good - plenty of choice and again, staff were very helpful and welcoming. Definite recommend and will definitely be returning."
"It was a perfect stay. The people at reception, and all service, was very kind and helpful. We had to make 3 different bookings because hotel and suites was completely full, and they arranged to keep our stay on a suite. The suites with kitchenite are really good option for family. We was 2 adults and 1 kid (12 years) and it was perfect. Rooms are clean. Despite there were an issue with the hot water, they fixed immediately. Good quality/price ratio. We will come back again, sure, when going through Limerick"
"Nice hotel with really friendly and accommodating staff. Pub and restaurants was very lovely with a good atmosphere. Fantastic breakfast. Pool area has really good facilities. Knocked off the star for 3 reasons. Booking could not be adjusted because I booked online although all transactions should be seamless, in my opinion. Gym was good with plenty of equipment and great free weight area but some treadmills need replacement. Also, TV not working in room. It wasn't a big thing so I didn't mention it but it might be an issue for another guest. Overall a very pleasant stay with a couple of minor issues."
