"Very disappointing customer service. Missing details on the jacket. Jacket a cheap badly fitting copy of a regatta when I asked for a regatta. Emailed them when I got it and all I got was abuse in response. For €100 for one jacket so dissatisfying and can’t even wear it and was chasing them for 4 weeks trying to get it. Wish I didn’t bother"

"I used it once for a first T-shirt print and was very happy. The customer service, the effort, great stuff. That's why I went back. However that was a very different and disappointing experience. Not only was I dragged along around a month, nothing happening, I also had to go back to the shop several times and was always leaving with empty promises. When I returned for the last time, a month later after my initial order, I was promised to get a sample the same day. I don't have to mention it did not happen again, so I called the older man in the shop the next morning to say that I have changed my mind but was promised again that they just started working on the sample and I will have it the next half hour. Surprise, surprise, it happened, but the result was done with no effort AT ALL. It was just thrown together I could see that and when I told them it is wrong and made them the suggestions I was told they don't have the time to look for fonts and things like that. The younger guy had obviously no interest at all in the work or order. I was really disappointed as it was such a different experience the first time, otherwise I would have not gone back. Well needless to say I canceled everything. So I guess it depends on the mood of the guy who does the printing, if he is motivated or not and that is not right. Pity, but NOT good experience! I only give three stars as the first time it was a great experience otherwise it would have been one!"

"Sadly, this was possibly the worst interaction I have ever had with a busines. Zero communication. I placed an order for posters, decals and stickers. I had to return to the shop more than half a dozen times to see what was going on. It seems they had forgotten our order? After one month we were told the order would be ready on a wednesday... then Friday... finally it was done. The quality of work was abysmal. Wrong printer used. The ink was bleeding and smudging on the posters. The decals were poor and damaged. One decal was missing a letter. The older gentleman there seemed professional but it was apparent that the younger gentleman had zero interest in neither the business nor our order. - yet still he cheekily asked for 110.00 euros. We requested our money back. Around five weeks of our time wasted. Personally I cannot recommend them to boil an egg..."
