Keep trying both Dublin and cork and can't get through my emails are being ignored, twice I had to apply for my daughters first time passport and the first time after sending off her consent forms they decided to cancel it so I had to do it again!! "Hi Last time I renewed my passport online. Straightwarded online application. Received my passport in 2 working days. Delighted with the service. Would give 5 stars. My big issue now is if you have a query ie. Child renewal did not receive link to print out child passport identity consent form that can be signed by witness and posted back for processing. I never received link so cannot print out this vital form. No one answering phone no webchat online ALWAYS grey not green to enable you to use. No phone answering service so could leave a message. No email while webchat down. Absolute shambles of a service. Good if automated but a nightmare if you have queries. If someone answered it could be dealt with in 2 minutes. Will have to WRITE to them to send link unbelievable waste of their time and mine . If this was the private sector they'd be out of business."
