"UPDATE IN REPLY TO OWNERS COMMENTS. Yes I wish to clarify we were not turned away as we had already paid in advance for the children and parents. We were told to leave a 4 year olds cake outside. And we weren't offered a refund. And yes it was the owner who turned us away because I asked. You are representing a business and your foul actions leave your business open to truthful reviews. I suggest if you don't like the reviews then maybe care more about customer service than milking every bit of money you can get out of parents struggling to give their children a memorable birthday. I will attach a picture of my little girl so everyone can see the truth of what we had to do that day so her only 3 friends could sing her happy birthday. Absolutely disgraceful treatment from the owner. We had a session booked my little girl is 4 and only has 3 friends. We paid for the kids and an extra €2 each for the parents and the women who owns the place turned us away because we had a small cake for my daughter. She cried so much because her 3 friends couldn't sing her happy birthday. I wouldn't advise parents to pick this venue. Money hungry heartless owners."
"Was great to bring the two boys here. I have a sprained knee and needed something to entertain them while I rest. It loses a star because the food was a little overpriced (kind of expected). The chicken nuggets were the cheapest quality one could get. I just expected the chicken nuggets to have chicken in them for 19€. This will not turn me off coming here agin though, I just won't buy food."
"Told I had to book online despite the place being empty. Why is this place harder to get into than a NCT centre. Do you not like money. It was midday and my car was being serviced. Very unwelcoming. Parenting is hard enough with another hassle, HAVING to do online booking for a play centre."
"The kids indoor play area is a great place for kids to burn off some energy. It is a safe and fun environment for them to play in. The staff is very friendly and attentive to the kids. The play area is clean and well-maintained. The equipment is in good condition and the games are age-appropriate. The kids had a great time playing in the indoor play area."
"Great craic. Lived up to the name. The atmosphere was friendly. Parents/ guardians maintained a reasonable level of control of their children. One complaint was that older children were allowed to mix with toddlers in the two to fives area. All areas were well manned with staff but no action was ever taken. Cooked food and drinks available here."
