"I foolishly purchased an item for my daughter which of course had to be returned I lost the receipt. I took a screen shot of my bank details showing the purchase. This is not good enough for the owner. He claims that is only my proof of purchase??? Where has customer service gone. Would never shop here again."

"Returning an item today with receipt and inside 14 days. Most shop's would offer a refund, as all tags were attached. However only offered store credit. This is not a big deal. Unfortunately when I politely questioned the young woman behind the counter, who was already rude, as to if that was legal she firstly ignored me and when I asked did she hear me or was she ignoring me she rudely stated that they were in business 21 years and that's the policy. Once the credit note is used this store will never again have my custom."
