"Always an excellent service here. Various screens and tablets repaired here over the last few years at very reasonable rates. Called yesterday to get a quote for a battery replacement for my daughters phone and was completed in half an hour today at a very good price. "AVOID- brought in my perfect iPhone 5 with just one crack up the top corner and was told it would be done within the hour- the next day I came I was told call the next day, it was still not ready. I then rang and was told it would soon be ready. After 6 weeks of ringing I called in and got my phone ... only to find out the speakers were not not working .. after another week... the same thing happened with my camera and I again handed it back in ... at this stage I had (regretfully) paid.About four days later I got a call from them informing my my phone was no longer working at all.He then said it seemed to be a problem with the board- and was unfixable... I went in and discussed that the phone was perfect when it was given to them and after a long while he finally said he'd send it off again.. to a 'warehouse' ... and low and behold a week later the phone was magically back working..When i finally got my phone back and checked everything... it all seemed fine, until a few days later the screen started flickering and stopping and eventually my phone screen just stopped ... I went back and was offered NOTHING in return.. they have been a nightmare to deal with and the "repair man" is hardly ever their and is hard to talk to / understand ... AVOID if you have any sense... they seem cheap.. and for a good reason!"
