"My partner brought his car in a couple months ago. After that we didn't hear anything back for days. No update no nothing. Only after my partner rang them they gave him rough updates (apparently they needed to phone up other people first before they can give us an update, can't remember the exact details anymore). We got the car back after a while but it still didn't seem to be fixed so we brought the car back to that garage. It took almost ten days until my partner had to ring them again to ask for an update (according to my partner they seemed to be very surprised when my partner said he actually needs the car back at some point because he needs it to get to work like everyone else). After we had the car back (finally) the issue still wasn't fixed. I actually never experienced such a bad unreliable service. Cannot recommend at all."
"Do not recommend at all. Brought my car for a service and was misfiring. Had my car for three weeks telling me it was a different problem every time. He didn't no what he was doing. Never once rang me to tell me anything, I was calling him to find out every time and when I asked him why he wasn't calling me he got angry over the phone saying if I wasn't calling so much he'd have time to work on the car. After the first week of no contact I phone everyday still to be told he'll call me back in "20mins" which he never did. Eventually told him I'm taking the car back, still misfiring but had done the service. Brought the car back to my original mechanic who looked at the car and had it fixed in less than a week also to note he did the service again as the Carrigaline Autos put in the wrong oil."
