"I used auto express because they're local. I got my car serviced back in January, I noticed that my tyres weren't pumped up to the correct pressure but I didn't mind because I had an air pump at home and it was no big deal, about a month later I need some work done on the car and brought it to my usual mechanic who noticed some concerning things about the car, 1 that the Car was low on coolant even though there was no leaks. 2 that there was no washer on the sump plug even though they come with the oil filter. 3 The oil was pitch black even though I had driven less than 200km. Now I understand that they are a busy place and things get forgotten but after all that I wont be returning"
