"The absolute WORST customer service I have ever come across. The fact I have to even give one star is irritating, as to be very frank Pat doesn't deserve even that one star. I gave him my car to replace the engine and he said it would take one week. I even sourced the new engine myself and arranged for it to be delivered to him straight away. It was one month later I got the car back after he made endless promises he didn't keep and constantly ignored my calls. I actually had to travel the 50 minutes from my house to his garage numerous times, in addition to sending family members in to get an update and remind him I needed the car back for work. To say that he wasn't bothered with how much I was inconvenienced without a car is an understatement. Avoid at all costs!!!"

"Excellent service and attention to detail. I had the car in with Pat only to replace the clutch but he went above and beyond in replacing the gear oil, filling up the tyres, checking service items [brake pads & discs, air filter etc..] and sanitising the car. All this done a very reasonable and honest price. I'm a first time customer but wont be taking my car to anyone else in the future. Thanks again!"
