"Following an early morning flat wheel and no wheel brace, I found Vass opens at 8am. I parked outside their garage at 7.20 and walked into Mallow for breakfast. After making approx 10 phone calls to them between 8 and 8.40 I walked down to them. They refused to change my wheel to the new spare in the boot without even looking at the car, they told me to go to a tyre center. They also confirmed that they open at 8am but apparently don't answer the phone. I've worked in the motor trade for 10 years and have never heard of such poor service."

"I needed a massive overhaul on my 13 year old car and went to VASS, from the moment I got to speak with Colm and the team I was wowed by their service and work taken on my car. There was no aspect of the work left unexplained and the team were massively accommodating even when I decided to postpone the work needed due to the Covid Lockdowns. They completed all the work they said they would, which included replacing a gearbox and installing a new clutch for me in order to get the car ready for the NCT at a fair price.
