"Came to my house. Gave me a quote for a job. Asked him to do few more stuff few days later. Stopped responding to my emails. Extremely unprofessional. Edit: The first time he came to my house despite telling him I would not be in there due to long scheduled doctor’s appointment at the other side of the city. Well, he came anyway. Second time I told him I will not be in the house at 1 as I need to pick my son from school. Guess what - he came at 1. I am sorry for “wasting” your time, but you should try to read your replies. I knew this was a read sign but decided to proceed anyway. I clearly stated that I need the work done ASAP as my wife is due in few weeks, and we simply cannot do any repairs later. Agreed to do the work within a week or two. Even more, I have got quotes from other plumbers to do the same job for around 700-800 euro but none of them were available in my desired timeframe. When he asked me what my budget is, I said 1000. He even raised that to 1100!!! Sure, I agreed. It is not his fault I am under time pressure. When I decided to ask him to do few more things, he just stopped replying. For 2 weeks!!! In his review reply he states he had advised me he cannot do the work until August. What an absolutely joke. After posting my review he called 6 times and left few intimidating and rude voice mails and text messages. In his voice mails, he even went to explain how hard he has been working hard to get those positive reviews!!! HOW? BY BEING AGGRESSIVE OVER THE PHONE WITH TO THOSE WHO DARE TO LEAVE THE TRUTH ABOUT YOUR WORK ETHICS? I even had to call Gardai! Next abusive call or text/email, and I am just filing a formal complaint!"

"I would highly recommend Mick and his team for any plumbing job. I got my bathroom gutted to remove bath and put in large shower fitted with new shower, toilet and sink and got the walls and floors tiled. From beginning to the end Mick and Gerry made sure everything was done perfect. Nothing was any trouble even when I asked them to put cabinets in and putting up mirror. Very good to deal with.
