"Many thanks to O Sullivans… O Sullivan provided emergency roadside assistance for us when we were travelling through Ireland on vacation. We had accidentally put the wrong fuel in our rental car and needed to have it siphoned out and new fuel put in. It happened on a Saturday afternoon and we needed to continue our travel on Sunday morning so O Sullivan arrived at our B & B early on Sunday morning and were able to siphon out the fuel, provide some proper fuel, and then escort us to a service station to ensure that we were completely road worthy again before leaving us. Their service was phenomenal and timely and they were able to correct a situation that may have been far worse had they not been there to help. We were on the road again within an hour of their arrival and ensured that the rest of our vacation continued without any further problems. Thank you, Luke & Margie Bandringa."
"0 Stars if i could. Broke down in Kerry and called my insurance company (Aviva). Got a call from Sullivan Motors to say they were dispatching a tow truck. An hour and a half later a guy arrives with no tow truck to see if i needed a jump start (i didn't) he then left. I had to call back insurance company to find out what was going on, then got a call from a very rude person from Sullivan Motors saying that if i wanted towed i'd need to find a garage that would take the vehicle he refused to recommend one. Wanted extra cash to take the vehicle to the nearest town that had a competent dealership. Avoid at all costs!!"
