"I realise this is the only bad review they will have but I feel the need to post it after the experience I've had with Coffeys garage. I brought my jeep to coffeys to be repaired and serviced before putting it through the CRVT test. They had my jeep for 4 weeks. They claimed they were waiting on a part. A part I sourced and got delivered within a week from the main dealer. The part cost €70 so it wasn't expensive and I wasn't been saved money by waiting 4 weeks. Over the course of those 4 weeks i was never contacted by coffeys to be given an update, I had to make every effort to contact them to find out what was happening. I honestly don't understand why the customer service was so bad, especially looking at the other reviews. I took the jeep out and brought it to the main dealer to get the part. Once it came in coffeys said they would fit it. So I brought the jeep back and again no word from them at all to say the part was fitted or that the jeep was ready. After a week I called and they said it was ready. After I had to again make contact with them. I would be foolish to trust them again and can not recommend them to anyone else. I wish I didn't have to write this review but after speaking with someone there about my experience, there was a lack of interest in it and I was told I needed to "speak" to someone else who wasn't present."
"Very helpful in every way possible. They towed the car to the garage in Offaly. They also helped us out with getting a rental car for the 2 days we were in Kerry. They took us to kerry airport to get our rental car as well, couldn't get that service anywhere else. Very friendly and professional. Thank you!"
