But rather than help me print the documents correctly, the member of staff demanded that I pay for four blank sheets. She made a token attempt to resolve the issue before becoming argumentative and incredibly rude when I questioned why I had to pay for four sheets that hadn't printed out correctly. Woeful customer service."
