"6 months later, still no gear. They sent the wrong gear three months ago, but have now messed up the second order too. They did the exact same thing to a big club order 7 years ago. If you are not in the Republic of Ireland, avoid them at all costs."

"Had an order as part of a wider order for referees in Europe, who were convening for training in Belgium. Our orders were taken well in advance of the event with the assurance that our kits would be there on time for the event. Kits didn't arrive, causing a logistical nightmare for the organisers. Participants were from all around Europe so getting their kits to them required a lot of effort and significant cost. To the best of my knowledge Azzurri did not engage at all in this process and have refused to refund costs incurred. 7 months later and my kit arrived the other week. Pieces were missing although they were paid for, and where our region's logo should have been (Gaelic Games Europe) were instead the letters GGE in generic font. The print looks more like something from Vista Print rather than an apparently reputable producer of sports gear. I guess there's good reason why nobody in our region wants to deal with Azzurri. What a shame."

"I dealt with Joe and Danielle and they were all full of promises but failed to deliver. We had an order worth €3,000+ and was given to them in plenty of time. It took Joe two weeks to respond. The order had to be delivered on a certain date in Belgium when everyone was together on a course so that the recipients could receive it as they all live in different parts of Europe. That was made clear several times and "No Problem" Joe said. Two days before it was due to be delivered I was told that certain items were out of stock but we had to proceed and was promised it would be there on time. The order didn't arrive on time and now had to be posted to a new address where we would have to pay over €300 to redistribute it, not to mention the work involved in sorting it all out. But it took another 5 weeks for them to accept their error and deliver it. When it did arrive it was missing lots of items along with incorrect logos and sizes. So it took another two months for them to send them again but certain items on the original order were out of stock! So we had to accept what they had just to put this nightmare behind us but they messed it up again. They sent us jerseys with no logo, just text which was never part of the order and we are still missing an item. They insisted on full payment before delivery so now we are stuck with unmatching kit and they refuse to engage. Won't be dealing with them again"

"Returned a faulty item and it was dealt with by Greg. He was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be back to deal with Greg at Azzuri. An asset to Azzuri."

"Spent about 45 minutes in the factory shop with Greg last week. Greg helped me with a custom order and he left no stone unturned. Absoutley fantastic asset to Azzurri and assisted to my very need. He’s customer service skills are second to none. Azzurri was the only place I even considered packing this order and Greg made it all seamless. Legend!"
