"Bikes were in great shape and it was a very easy process to pick up our bikes in the morning. We made a reservation the night before and it was very easy. We did the muckross location to then do the boat over to ride the gap of Dunloe and it’s located very conveniently to get down to Ross Castle. The staff gives you a little map and it’s very easy to self navigate. Highly recommend this bike rental in Killarney!"
"Great quality e-bikes if you're willing to pay for it (45 Euros a day)! Only query would be making the batteries detachable - it's a challenge negotiating with your B&B host to bring the bikes inside to charge or relying on outside plug sockets (which shouldn't be used in the rain!)"
"Because we had a large group coming to Killarney, I started communicating with Emma at O'Sullivan's Cycles a year in advance. I knew we needed to hire at least 20 bikes for two days, a combination of standard hybrid bikes and e-bikes. Emma was fantastic to work and a wealth of helpful info even beyond the bikes. When the days finally arrived, our bikes were all ready first thing in the morning and worked perfectly. Raphael at the e-bike store was also super helpful and friendly. I look forward to returning to Killarney some day and will definitely rent from O’Sullivan’s Cycles again."
"The loveliest and most helpful person we've met during our whole holiday in Ireland. We travelled to Ireland by motorbike and he said we could keep the bike there round the back and even offered to put our helmets inside so they were safe while we went on our cycle ride. €15 each to rent the bicycle for the whole day. We were given 2 maps and he explained a few different routes we could take depending on what we wanted to see and do. Great bikes and a great family run shop. Very helpful and accommodating. His dad was a good laugh and great conversation and even offered to take our photo for us before we left. 5*"
"Renting was easy and straightforward. €15 for the day but he made a point of mentioning that if we aren't back before 6 it's no problem to drop them in the next morning at no extra charge which we did. That really took the pressure away time wise for our cycle. He suggested a difficult but amazing cycle for us (gap of Dunlow 58km 600+m assent) which strained our fitness but was absolutely worthwhile. Saddle bags, maps and helmets all included in price."
