"Went in to buy soccer boots for my son today. We went upstairs and had a look around. We were there for a few mins and no sign of any staff to ask for help with size or availability of stock. We waited a few more mins and still no one came upstairs to see if anyone needed help. And during that time two young boys came up and started to kick a ball about. One even took out a pair of goalie gloves from a sealed packet from display, and still not a sign of staff. So we came down the stairs and were seen by a member of staff who could have acknoledged us and asked if needed help but no. So we left empty handed and would not recommend this store. What i would recommend is that the staff get proper training and be more aware of potential customers that enter the store. I come from a retail background and without good customer service you have no customers."
"Spoke with one of the nicest , friendliest sales advisors I have ever dealt with. I believe his name was Leeroy up stairs in the Dungarvan store. His patience and kindness towards my Son. Outstanding . I work for a very large retailer and would have no hesitation in employing him."

"Found a couple of female staff to be in dire need of some customer service training. After I paid I was told go find someone to get me the second shoe, when I did it was thrown at me and landed on the floor, the young lady muttered something and walked off. I know it's a busy time but basic manners is the least you'd expect in a store. Definitely won't be going back there."
